I currently operate Presidential Real Estate Solutions, LLC, an appraisal practice serving Cook, Will, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Lake counties. I’m progressing through the Certified Residential pathway and advancing toward the Certified General license, with long‑term plans to specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial valuation.
